Crisis Mitigation & Management

Does your business have a plan to deal with financial emergencies? Are you already experiencing a crisis? I’ll partner with you to come up with a strategy that salvages as much of your business as possible, so you have the best chance of returning to ‘business as usual’ in the future.

Expense & Risk Analysis

Are you paying too much in credit card or shipping fees? Are your suppliers not giving you long enough payment terms? Is your business carrying enough insurance coverage? Having accurate and timely financial statements is key to understanding your business, and being able to make the right decisions. I mentor your existing staff in order to improve the accuracy and speed of accounting, and I’ll create and update forecasts based on likely scenarios. I’ll also work with your CPA firm (or find you one you trust) by liaising with them to help you take advantage of every tax opportunity and cost savings available to your company.
